Riverfront Landing is a couple minute walk from City Beach, Whitefish’s most popular public beach with incredible mountain views and boat rentals. Enjoy private dock access where you can launch hand boats like kayaks and SUPs. The group of townhomes also offers access to two woodburning firepits where you can make s’mores and reconnect with your group.

This luxury townhome offers an ideal space for families to reconnect and enjoy Montana’s great outdoors. The main entry level of the home provides access to the 1 car garage (additional parking available in front of the garage), an entryway, half bath, and a common area with xl twin over twin bunk beds and private television.

Floor 2 of the home houses the main living area and master suite. The open concept great room seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to create memorable meals with your group. Enjoy high end appliances and a breakfast bar with additional seating for 4.  The kitchen overlooks the dining area with a beautiful new table that offers seating for 6. Gather around the rustic stone gas fireplace on the comfortable couch and armchairs to enjoy a movie night with your group. The great room provides access to a patio with gas grill and seating that overlooks the river. There is a half bath on floor 2 that serves this main living area. The master suite offers a queen size bed with private television, private patio, and a luxurious ensuite with stand up shower.

Floor 3 offers 2 additional large bedrooms with queen beds, and a common area with xl twin over twin bunk beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Off the common area is access to the home’s third floor patio which houses the home’s private hot tub. Installed in 2022, the hot tub is a great place to relax and reconnect with your group after a day of adventure.

Access to the area’s attractions is a breeze with Riverfront Landing as your home base. Downtown Whitefish, offering a selection of incredible restaurants and boutique shops, is a 10 minute walk along a local path or quick drive. Whitefish Lake is at your doorstep! Drive to Whitefish Mountain Resort in just 10 minutes. The ski resort offers year-round activities  - skiing and snowshoeing in the winter months;  mountain biking, alpine sleds, scenic gondola rides, and high ropes courses in the summer.  Arrive at the West Gate of Glacier National Park in just 40 min to take in breathtaking mountain views and incredible hiking trails. Our homes are stocked with all of the essentials, including full-sized bathroom amenities, so you do not need to rush to the store.

Please note:
- The private dock cannot accommodate motorized boats as the area is too shallow. Boat use is limited to hand boats.
- Community firepits may be inaccessible during certain points in the summer season due to elevated fire risk in the area – generally in the late summer.
- Smoking is not permitted in the home or on the entire property. Evidence of smoking will result in eviction from the property and the potential of a $2,000 fine.
- The home accommodates 10 guests ideally when children are a part of the guest count. 10 adults may find the space limiting.
